What is involved in the ordering process?

The cookies packs advertised on our website are a minimum order of 8 (unless stated otherwise).

For custom orders, a minimum order of 20 cookies is required.

The price for custom orders varies by design – please email with your requirements and we can discuss. For our website range, prices are listed.

Where are you located?

We are located in Bentleigh East, Victoria.

Lady Baked It offers both pick up & Australia wide postage (Express/Tracking).

Lady Baked It ships anywhere within Australia & uses Australia Post (rate calculated at checkout). If you would like to estimate your delivery timeframe, the Australia Post website has a shipping calculator.

We are not responsible for Australia Post delays so it is best to allow additional time when placing your order.

Once we have shipped your order, we will provide you with your tracking information via email. We do not offer refunds for damage caused by postage handling however we do securely pack your orders for safe transit (boxed & bubble wrapped). All cookie parcels that are posted come protected in cardboard boxes which you can reuse or recycle.

How long will my cookies last & where should I store them?

Our cookies are sealed in clear packaging to extend their freshness. If cookies are sealed and/or kept in an airtight container, they can last approximately 4 weeks. Sugar cookies need to be stored away from sunlight and in a cool place (not the fridge).

Are your cookies allergy-friendly & what ingredients do they contain?Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.

Our sugar cookies contain butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract & wheat products. As our cookies are prepared in a home kitchen, traces of allergens may be found. All our cookie designs use fondant & food colouring & pending the design, sprinkles. Cookies may contain traces of nuts.

What size & flavour are your cookies?

Lady Baked It bakes vanilla flavoured cookies with fondant.

Cookie sizing will be stated on the website. A standard size cookie is approximately 7cm. We offer mini’s & standard sized cookies with the occasional larger size. Cookie pricing is determined by sizing & level of design details.
